Brendan is a founding partner of Belleli King & Associates. Before becoming a lawyer, Brendan was a Court Registrar for 9 years and has experience in most areas of law but has a particular interest in family law, criminal law and small business disputes.
Commencing with a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws from Monash University, he completed a Master of Laws in 2000 majoring in family law. He is admitted to practice as a barrister and solicitor.
He is a skilled advocate and regularly appears in Court and has presented at a number of legal seminars.
Brendan is a board member of the charities ‘Ties for Lives’ and ‘Somebody’s Child’ and volunteers at the Mentone Community Legal Service.
His other interests include music and endurance sports.
He speaks French, Greek and Italian.
